Traveller Medication

Acclimatise in high altitude, walking slowly, drinking more water or fluid, carry small back pack, climb high sleep lower, don’t walk alone and no alcohol, sleeping pills, and smoking.

Treatment
For the altitudes sickness, there is no medicine but if any body suffering by sickness better way to take lower altitude as soon as possible. Some medicine can help like a oxygen, Diamox for mild symptoms. Nafedipine for second Symptom Steroids / Dexamthasone for severe symptoms and Hyperbolic bag (Gammow Bag)
